Nepali Momos (Dumplings)
Bindu Bites hand-folds Chicken and Veggie Nepali Momos! Using dough made from scratch and freshly ground house made spice blends, our momos are authentic and aromatic.
Bindu Bites also offers a Gluten-Free Naked Chicken Momo! A chicken meatball spiced to perfection with all of the protein and none of the wheat. Perfect for those counting carbs or gluten-free fans who want to experience those Nepali Chicken flavors.
Our momos are available for purchase at our various farmers markets in the north and central Texas areas, as well as State and Main Merchant & Provisions in Garland, Texas.
How To Cook Frozen Dumplings

STEAMED Chicken Momo
1.) Pour sufficient water in the bottom of a lidded cooking vessel (Instant Pot, rice cooker, or other improvised steamers).
2.) Add oil to the steamer layer to prevent Bindu Bites from sticking.
3.) Place frozen Bindu Bites in the steamer basket, leaving ¼ inch space between Bindu Bites.
4.) Cover and let water come to a boil over medium heat.
5.) Steam for 10–12 minutes. The internal temperature of the bites should reach 165F.

PAN-FRIED Chicken Momo
1.) Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
2.) Add 2 tablespoons of oil. Place Bindu Bites flat side down.
3.) The first 2–3 minutes, inspect the underside of Bindu Bites frequently until they are golden brown.
4.) Next add sufficient water (½ cup) to bathe the bottom of Bindu Bites, then cover the pan with a lid.
5.) Reduce the heat to medium-low for 9–10 minutes or until water is nearly evaporated. The internal temperature of the bites should reach 165F.
